Peggy has been photographer, teacher, curator and journalist at different times during her photographic career. For the last seven years, Peggy has curated numerous exhibitions of Irish and international photographers. Specifically focusing on photography with a view to raising discourse on the practice in Ireland, Peggy has worked with many important artists.
Originally from the United States Peggy Sue Amison has been living and working in Ireland for 8 years.

Peggy is interested in seeing work centred around ideas of identity, myth, and culture, imagery that challenges the boundaries of straight documentary photography.
